2.Bending

Through controlled pressure from the upper and lower dies of our bending machines,metal sheets undergo elastic followed by plastic deformation.The process creates a V-shaped bend,commonly known as bending.Our workshop operates seven bending machines,including three intelligent models that significantly improve production efficiency.

3.Welding

We employ several primary welding techniques:laser welding,spot welding,and CO₂shielded arc welding.In 2025,we will integrate a robotic arm for CO₂shielded arc welding,enhancing speed and precision while standardizing operations.

4.Electrostatic Spraying

Products are subjected to high temperatures allowing powder coating to adhere effectively.After curing in an oven,vibrant colors are formed.The quality of the coating directly influences product standards,leading to meticulous monitoring of coating thickness and specifications by our clients.We ensure quality through rigorous color difference tests and film thickness measurements.

5.Packaging

Once completed,products are stored and prepared for shipment.To meet e-commerce demands,we offer conventional export packaging for distributors alongside specialized mail-order packaging for online retailers.Additionally,we assist clients with drop testing to ensure packaging durability.
