A:We are a professional direct manufacturer specializing in high-end steel furniture. Our factory in Luoyang produces a wide range of steel filing cabinets, industrial lockers, garage storage systems, and household shoe cabinets.
Q:Can you handle custom designs(OEM/ODM)?
A:Yes.We specialize in tailor-made steel solutions. Our process includes:Technical Drawing→Prototype Confirmation→Mass Production. We can adjust steel thickness, internal structures and powder coating finishes based on your specific market requirements.
II.Logistics&Trade Terms
Q:What are your standard payment and shipping terms?
A:Payment:30%deposit via T/T, with the 70%balance paid against the Bill of Lading(BL)copy. L/C is also accepted for large-scale orders.
Shipping Port: Primary export via Qingdao Port, but we can coordinate with any major Chinese port as per your logistics strategy.
Lead Time:Typically 20-30 days for standard 40HQ container orders.
Q:Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?
A:Absolutely. Samples for all models are available and typically ready for dispatch within 7-10 days.
