Hummingbird Furniture strictly adheres to international quality management standards and has established a quality control system with full participation and full-process monitoring. Through ISO certification, advanced testing equipment and meticulous process management,we ensure that every link from product research and development to delivery meets high standards. We firmly believe that stable quality is the cornerstone of an enterprise's long-term development.　

Production Process Overview

1. Raw Material Receiving and Initial Inspection:Rigorous quality verification is conducted on incoming materials such as steel.Only materials meeting production standards are registered and stored,laying the foundation for subsequent processing.

2. Production Processing and Forming:In the first-floor production area,specialized equipment performs cutting,welding,assembly,and other processing steps to transform raw materials into furniture prototypes.

3.  Electrostatic Spraying:An electrostatic spraying production line on the first floor automates the coating of cabinet semi-finished components,ensuring uniform,eco-friendly,and durable finishes.

4. Finished Product Inspection and Quality Control:The QC team conducts multi-dimensional testing on sprayed products,including structural stability and surface smoothness.Only items passing inspection proceed to the next stage.

5. Inventory Management and Storage:Approved finished products are transferred to the second-floor warehouse for categorized storage and systematic management.Real-time inventory monitoring ensures sufficient stock availability.

6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping Process:Products are retrieved from inventory based on customer orders and arranged for shipment to ensure timely delivery.

Quality Manual

Each order will have dedicated quality personnel for data statistics and recording, strictly following the requirements of the quality manual and process book.

Raw material inspection-first article inspection-batch inspection-self inspection by each team-quality inspection- sampling prspray inspecttion-post spray inspection-packaging and warehousing-finished product sampling inspector.
